Reasons
The conical clearance between the discharge adjusting screw plug and the conical bullet head is too small；
The configuration is too tight.
Methods
Loosen the set screw, tighten the adjusting screw and then tighten it back 3~4 turns;
Replace the steam plug.
Failure 2: The puffing temperature cannot reach the specified requirements
Reasons

Fault 5: Suddenly no discharge after the normal work
Reasons

Failure 6: Material rejetting
Reasons
خیلی سریع تغذیه کنید ، بیش از حد ؛ تخلیه صاف و انسداد نیست.
Methods
میزان خوراک را کنترل کنید. با توجه به مواد فرآوری شده ، مجدداً قسمت های پف کرده اکسترود شده را تنظیم کنید.
