鱼食机常见故障及处理方法
When the fish food making machine is in the process of use, there will inevitably be some problems, and then you need a solution. Here are the common faults and the solutions. We hope it will be helpful to you when you use the floating fish feed pellets making machine.
Failure 1: No output when puffing corns
Reasons
The conical clearance between the discharge adjusting screw plug and the conical bullet head is too small；
The configuration is too tight.
Methods
Loosen the set screw, tighten the adjusting screw and then tighten it back 3~4 turns;
Replace the steam plug.
Failure 2: The puffing temperature cannot reach the specified requirements
Reasons
鱼食机耐磨套配置不合适；
易损件磨损严重。
Methods
按照手册中的规定重新配置耐磨套筒。
更换易损件。
Fault 3: Unstable puffing temperature
Reasons
进料斗有问题，进料量不稳定。
Methods
检查进料斗和螺杆。
Failure 4: No discharge when puffing materials
Reasons
物料湿度不够；
出料孔太小；
鱼食机易损件配置不当。
Methods
调整物料含水量；
更换放电管；
根据手册重新配置挤压膨化件。
Fault 5: Suddenly no discharge after the normal work
Reasons
排出孔被金属等物体堵塞。
Methods
停止机器以清理出口孔。
Failure 6: Material rejetting
Reasons
喂食太快、太多；排出不顺畅、堵塞。
Methods
控制进给速度；根据加工的物料，再次调整挤压膨化部件。
