Process steps to make floating fish feed

Preparation of raw materials

مواد اصلی برای تهیه خوراک ماهی با کیفیت بالا شامل ماهی ، وعده غذایی ذرت ، وعده غذایی لوبیای سویا ، نشاسته و ویتامین و مواد افزودنی معدنی لازم است. مواد کافی را آماده کنید.

Raw material crushing stage

برای خرد کردن مواد اولیه به ذرات مناسب برای مخلوط کردن و افزایش درجه بلوغ خوراک ماهی در طی فرآیند انبساط ، از سنگ شکن (9FQ Hammer Mill) استفاده کنید.

Mixing and moulding

The crushed and formulated ingredients are fed into the mixer for thorough mixing.
Subsequently, the blended ingredients are fed into our fish feed extruder machine, which undergoes high-temperature and high-pressure twin-screw extrusion and puffing technology to form floating fish feed pellets of established sizes and shapes.

Drying

گلوله های خوراکی که از دستگاه گلوله مواد غذایی ماهی بیرون می آیند بلافاصله وارد تجهیزات خشک شدن برای خشک شدن می شوند و رطوبت اضافی را از بین می برند تا اطمینان حاصل شود که گلوله های خوراک از مقاومت در برابر ذخیره مناسب برخوردار هستند.

Seasoning

Equipment used for fish feed pellet production
