Common failures and methods of the fish food making machine

Failure 1: No output when puffing corns
Reasons
The conical clearance between the discharge adjusting screw plug and the conical bullet head is too small；
The configuration is too tight.
Methods
Loosen the set screw, tighten the adjusting screw and then tighten it back 3~4 turns;
Replace the steam plug.
Failure 2: The puffing temperature cannot reach the specified requirements
Reasons
The wear-resistant sleeve configuration for the fish food making machine is not proper;
Wearable parts wear seriously.
Methods
Reconfigure wear sleeves as specified in the manual。
Replace wearing parts.
Fault 3: Unstable puffing temperature
Reasons
The feeding hopper has problems, and unstable feeding volume.
Methods
Check the feed hopper and screw.
Failure 4: No discharge when puffing materials
Reasons
The material humidity is not enough;
The discharge hole is too small;
Improper configuration of wearing parts for the fish food making machine.
Methods
Adjust the material moisture content;
Replace the discharge tube;
Reconfigure the extruded puffed parts according to the manual.
Fault 5: Suddenly no discharge after the normal work
Reasons
The discharge hole is blocked by metal and other objects.
Methods
Stop the machine to clear the outlet hole.
Failure 6: Material rejetting
Reasons
Feed too fast, too much; discharge is not smooth, blockage.
Methods
Control the feed rate; according to the processed material, again adjust the extruded puffing parts.
